233 TradeUP Wet Area Low Sheen

This premium water-based acrylic topcoat is specially formulated for interior wet areas such as bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens. Applied over suitably prepared (primed or undercoated) surfaces, it provides lasting protection in both interior and exterior environments. Enhanced with polysiloxane emulsion, the coating delivers excellent water repellency and surface hydrophobicity, helping to keep surfaces drier for longer. A broad-spectrum biocide is incorporated into the dry film, ensuring durable resistance against mould and mildew growth in damp conditions.
